Deer Park Project : Open Plan Kitchen
A partial home renovation project to integrate the kitchen into an open plan living area. Flow between the indoor and outdoor areas was essential as was suitable storage. Our client was inspired by a Modern Industrial style, opting for a a monochrome colour palette paired with timber accents that would speak to a modest and contemporary feel.
Croydon Project : Kitchen & Butler's
Kitchens sell houses, and butler's pantries can help as well. Our client wanted to renovate the existing kitchen and convert an adjoining, under-utilised room to provide additional pantry storage, preparation, cleaning and functional servery to the outdoor patio. The selection of finishes aligned with a view for resale. The clients called on Studio Esse to provide professional recommendations on selections and assist with layout design and detail drawings for manufacturing and installation.
Ringwood Project : Main Bathroom
The client came to us with a view to upgrade the main bathroom because the existing layout was cramped, under-utilised and difficult to maintain. Reflecting on the needs of their growing family, the layout would give priority to a double vanity and spacious shower recess. The toilet suite was to be relocated to provide ease of access and maintenance. With an abundance of natural light, the client opted for soft pastel colours combined with natural textures to enhance a fresh and open feeling.
